How the service works
An overview of how CRMvalet's catalogue, product pages, comparisons, calculator and outbound links work.
1. Explore products
The CRM hub shows products registered in the catalogue. You can search and filter using the filters that actually exist in the interface.
2. Read product pages
Product pages show stored price amounts, features, limits, sources and relevant dates where that data exists. Missing information is not filled with assumptions.
3. Compare systems
Comparison pages place two products side by side using registered data and neutral summaries. They do not automatically name an overall winner.
4. Use the calculator
The cost calculator uses stored plan information as decision support. The result is not a quote and should be checked against current provider terms.
5. Continue to providers
Outbound provider links use the /go/ flow for redirect and fail-open click measurement when enabled. Ordinary provider links must not be described as affiliate links without an actual agreement and tracking link.
